In honor of the Harry Potter POA release
A friend of ours attends SMU graduate school in the theater arts and this is a pic of he and his friends dressed up as Ronald Weasley, Lupen, Tonks, Hermione, and Wood the Quiddich Captain (from left to right) for Halloween this year. Our buddy is Ron.
I'm planning on sequestering Army of Dad tonight and popping some microwave popcorn, popping a beer for AoD and a Dr Pepper for me and watching our new DVD.

The books are awesome. Army of Dad and I barely do anything but read whenever a new one comes out. They're so spectacular. The movies are good, too, but the books are incredible. I wrote them off when they came out, but I read Stephen King's book "On Writing" and he included a list in the back of some of the best books to read (because, as you probably know, the best way to become a better writer is to read good writing.) So, I started reading it and fell absolutely in love with it. J.K. Rowling is a masterful writer. Now, I have found that she borrows a bit of her style from Tolkien, but who better to copy? She is compelling. The characters are great and the stories are amazing. I highly recommend them.
