Army of Mom

So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

In a post office far, far away

I've been an avid philatelist since I was about 9 when my dad started buying me collections of the commemoratives for each year. Ever since, I make it a point to buy special stamps to save for me and the kids. Their babybooks are full of blocks of four, full sheets and first day covers.

I can't wait, though, to get them the Star Wars stamps. They're at the post office now and they're even the 41-cent variety, so you don't have to buy the cute little 2-cent turquoise jewelry stamp.
