So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

Blogger in absentia

Hey folks. I'm sorry to have been AWOL. I've been swamped with work and all sorts of family things. The kids are now at three different schools. So, between taking them to and from school and work, I'm a road warrior and poor Wheezy McWhistleMobile has the bumps and bruises to show for it.

My company shut down for a company-wide holiday the week before Labor Day and I spent it painting Hot Rod's room in a Florida Gators theme. And, shockingly, the orange and blue work.

I've been on a home improvement spree lately. We got Pickle a new bed from the CSN Stores. Free shipping and its great! He loves it and it makes his room look so much more age appropriate for a 16-year-old. I need to take a picture of it and post it. CSN Stores has more than 200 online stores where you can find everything from nesting tables to fitness equipment to cookware.

And, I FINALLY got out my new coffee grinder from one of the CSN Stores and have been using it for a little more than a month now. As a matter of fact, I'm drinking my freshly ground coffee now. It has been great. Compact and efficient. I'm very pleased with it. Now, CSN Stores is giving me the opportunity review another product for the plug for the nesting tables. So, I'll keep you posted on what we pick. I may just do something flamboyant just for me. That might be a change. Not the flamboyant part, but just for me part. :)

Off to the baseball fields. Hot Rod may be on the mound tonight and I don't want to be late.

Orange and blue always work, but I am an Auburn fan............
Good luck with the schedule, I remember when my 4 kids were in elementary, middle, high, and college.
Unfreakingbelievable how much I spent in fuel that single year.

    prayers for everyone,

    Rob

Congrats on your accomplishments! That's a great feeling. Good to know about the CSN stores. I'm doing a little redecorating myself at the suggestion of my realtor, and will be doing the same (from scratch, which will be a whole 'nother level of fun!) when we get to our new destination next year (Boise). I'm bookmarking the site so I can check it out frequently. Who doesn't love free shipping?
