Army of Mom

So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

What EXACTLY does this mean?

I guess this dork gets an A for creativity, but an F for making sense? Anyone have a theory on what this means?

And, all these years we've been thinking that city pounds were offing all the unwanted kitties. Really, it was just voting for Bush. Makes perfect sense to me in a weirdass kind of way. *shaking my head* I'm sure Kerry supporters are SOOO proud. At least make a point if you're going to protest and carry a sign. I read a story today about a guy who was questioned about what his sign meant and he admitted that he didn't have a clue, someone on the corner handed it to him, he said. Now, THAT is getting involved politically.

I can give you two theories, but I would have to tell you offline. The thing is that most of the protesters in NYC are not really that big on Kerry, but it is more based on their blind hatred of Bush. Stupid Hippies...that's coming from a recovering hippy.

Hey, like dude... put on your trucker hat and make a sign. We're going to protest!

By the way, it's a witty parody of something I'm sure he's seen on a poster somewhere ... "Everytime you masturbate God kills a kitten"

Ohhhhh, ok. I have never heard that witticism. *shrug* Army of Dad said it was something similar to that. Still not funny. Oh well.

Because if you are going to protest something the message should be clearly understandable by other people. Otherwise you should just stand around smelling bad and chanting stupid little rhymes. Then you don't have to worry about making a cogent point and communicating that point to anyone not in attendance.

Obviously, the protester misunderestimated his audience (to borrow a word from your intellgent president).

I'm sure the protester will be sure to dumb to his placards for his next protest. Maybe "Bush sux!" is more suitable for his audience (the general American public).

I thought about deleting the latest comment because it is hateful, but it also shows how stupid this person is. So, I just might leave it for now.

I don't know about anyone else, but an insult just doesn't carry the same weight when a person can't string together a coherent sentence.
