Army of Mom

So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

Cross your fingers

Please.

My honey is so on the ball. The Weblog Awards 2005 was taking nominations until Saturday for the best of the best. My sweetie nominated me for the Best of the Top 5001 - 6750 Blogs.

Last year, I finished third in the Weblog 2004 Awards Best of the Top 3,500 to 5,000 Blogs, which was way above my linkage. I get quite a few hits per day, but not as many links os other folks. I have some blogs I visit occasionally who only get about 50 hits per day, but are ranked way above me in the TTLB because they have many links. *shrug*

So, here is a request to send happy thoughts my way that I can make the cut again.

Purring please.

Thank you Joan, I think so. You've seen him, too, right? *purring*

And, KR, thanks. And, the Wife Swap folks lost interest in us after we sent in our audition tape. Never heard a word back from them despite a few emails asking if we were out of the running. Probably not wacked out enough for them. Have you ever watched those shows? Not sure it would be worth the money they pay anyway.

Learned all I needed to about that show reading their archives and watching the one episode I caught this year...lets just say I will never wear a skirt and you can't possibly convince me to remove the firearms from my house. Some things are simply off the table.

Well I still link ya'. And I'll vote for you again too.

But the Ecosystem is in the midst of pretty wild algorithm change so who knows what category your blog will end up in.

Doug, thank you very much. I haven't been blog reading as much as I'd like to. Silly person I am, I actually spend a bit of time with my children and my friends and family and not all the time on the computer. Oh wait, that is a different blog entry there. :) But thanks.

AoM...yes I have seen your honey. And I'm jealous. I hate single life...just can't seem to re-adjust to life without BDUs.
