So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

Ring of Fire

The voice just doesn't look like it should come out of Joaquin Phoenix, but it is his I've been told. Walk the Line is a movie I'll see eventually. I've always liked Johnny Cash. Loved his Nine Inch Nails cover.

Anyway. I love Joaquin. I have since Gladiator. He is a good bad guy, a good good guy ... ok, he just looks good.

Hello, I'm Johnny Cash.

As the evil dude from Gladiator...

I love that sneer. He could get as mad at me as he wanted as long as he looked like that.
Upclose and looking good.

And his "just got laid" hair.

I have something on fire, not sure it is a ring though. Enjoy ladies.

I think his best role was in Signs..."Swing away Merrill. Merrill... swing away." I remember when he was in "Parenthood"!

He's one of the few guys in Hollywood who has obviously had a cleft palate repair, but doesn't have a mustache. It's kind of surprising how many cleft palates you come across in Hollywood. I can think if Viggo Mortensen and Stacey Keech off the top of my head.

I loved Signs, too. And, yeah, Parenthood was back when he was Leaf Phoenix and was interested in "filmmaking" with the guy who looked like his Grandpa. :)

Gadfly- that was a bizarre comment. Is that what the little upper lip scar is? Chicks dig scars.

And, Ken, you're one sick puppy? When does my Joaquin Phoenix blow-up doll arrive in the mail?
