WTC Redevelopment

It looks like there may be some sunlight at the end of the tunnel for redevelopment of the NYC World Trade Center.

Deals are on the table now. Personally, I like the idea of rebuilding office towers there.

Sends a big old middle finger out to the folks who took joy in this. You can knock us down, but we're going to get right back up.
