Size matters

I bought Pickle and Stinkerbelle some Twins clothes off Ebay for our upcoming Minnesota trip. Well, I buy a size 4 for my size 3 little girl thinking it will be a little big and she can wear it for a while.

Nope, it fits my 7-year-old. That is the biggest size 4 I've ever seen.
