Put me in, coach

This little guy played well tonight. He went 2 for 3 tonight, ran the bases well (including tagging up on a caught fly and then scoring with a slide during a play at the plate) and caught a pop-up in the field.

This was a hit up the middle.

This was another game where he made a put-out at first.

Here he was playing catcher. I love it. I played catcher for a few years and really enjoyed it. He did a great job.

He was one of the game ball recipients tonight and he was VERY proud of himself. All that work is paying off. I keep trying to think of a really good nickname for him. You know, all the major leaguers need a good name. Not that I'm getting ahead of myself or anything.
