Army of Mom

So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

Upstairs at Eric's

Quite possibly one of the best recorded albums of all time.

Yeah, I throw things like that around all the time. But, this album contains the two ultimate dance tunes of my youth.

I guarantee that regardless of where I am or who I'm with, if Don't Go or Situation comes on the radio, I am shaking what God gave me. Tonight, Situation came on the radio and my 12-year-old was looking at me as if lobsters were crawling out of my eyes because immediately I was transformed back into a 20-year-old wide-eyed co-ed dancing my adorable little fashionable ass off with the railing at 25th Street Theater in Waco. Of course, if only I was physically transformed back into that hot little body, then I'd be da bomb.

Do you have this CD? I think I have it somewhere...I know I have those songs at least. Trivia for some who may not know...Vince Clarke from Yaz also was the founder of Depeche Mode before leaving them after their first album...he later started Erasure.

OK...there is your music trivia info for the day.

One of my all-time favs...I've gone through several copies of this: vinyl, cassettte and cd. Good call! :)
