When I was in Austin in the 80s, there was a company putting up a 30-story office building downtown, and the name of the company was "Mammoth Erections"
They really need to team up with "Pink Taco"

As an newly made Arizonan, I can look at this and find it hysterical. This guy went through a huge ordeal last year and this year because he opened a Pink Taco in Scottsdale - the "ritzy part of town." I love this guy's tenacity.

They oughta talk with that guy on the east coast who got grief over calling his restaurant "C.O. Jones"
