On the road, er water, again

Ok, here is the first evening when we left the Gulf of Mexico headed for the Yucatan; precisely, Cozumel, Mexico.

My beautiful friend (who comments on here as LaLa) looked amazing - as usual - at sunset. Some things never change. We got along as well as we did when we were cheerleaders and best friends in the eighth grade. We had a blast together. She is still as gorgeous now as she was then. I always felt like second fiddle in the looks department around her and it was no different on this trip. *sigh* But, it is great to have good looking friends. :)

One of my favorite things about the Carnival cruise line is the daily towel animal. Jimmy was a great steward, but his towel animals were not always easy to decipher. It took us a while to figure this out one. Anyone have any ideas? We finally figured it out by looking in a book Carnival published on how to make the towel animals. I got one for my kids as a souvenir of the trip. I'm anxious to see what they can make.
