God Bless America

As the grand finale of our fireworks display was underway, I could hear "God Bless America" playing faintly in the background as the sound bounced out of Fouts Field and onto the UNT campus where we sat. I looked around at my family and friend and had to fight back a tear.

I love this country and I'm so proud to be an American. It may be cheesey, but it is true. God Bless each of you.
