Army of Mom

So this is how liberty dies ... with thunderous applause.

Do you know where your kids are?

This makes me laugh hysterically. Although, it also scares me for what my kids may be doing when I'm not around.

oh please AOM, you never had fun head banging to Bohemian Rhapsody or shaking your bootie to something almost, or even more suggestive than that song? I know you have. Actually, that dresser in the background looked like the one you had in your room when you were a kid. Same colors.

Yes, but fortunately we didn't have the Internet to embarrass ourselves with. Plus, that is definitely raunchier than what we had to listen to back then. Kids today get to have all the fun. Plus, they look REALLY young! Either that or I'm getting REALLY old!

Older than Pickle. Why is it so hard for adults to remember what they felt like when they were 14,15, 16...lol, see your memories of Grannie and my memories are so different...sorry

Oh, I remember what I felt like. I thought I knew it all. :) But, now I am THE MOTHER ... and I don't want my kids singing along to these words. I mean, have you listened to the words? I don't want my 16-year-old daughter singing about sex in the very descriptive way they're singing. Its fine for me to sing that, I'm the grown-up, but at 15, they don't get it. They think they're invincible and they are STDs and unplanned pregnancies waiting to happen.

Gees. When did I get old and turn into someone's mom?
